I specialize in working with physicians, healthcare workers, and professionals navigating burnout, perfectionism, depression, and anxiety, especially those who fear being judged, misunderstood, or labeled for seeking therapy. I understand the cultural, institutional, and internal pressures that make it hard to seek supportive therapy. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but more importantly, it’s grounded in you. Our work will be client-centered, collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your pace. I offer nonjudgmental space where you can unpack the weight you’ve been carrying, reconnect to your strengths, and learn skills to manage stress long-term. As Frederick Douglass said, “If there is a no struggle, there is no progress.” You don’t have to walk this road alone. Let’s make your healing journey one of transformation, not isolation.
